Description

Ye olde friendly neighborhood bar, the Groveland Tap encompasses all things that make such a place great: good food, a joyous atmosphere, a lack of pretension, and a great beer selection. Groveland Tap attracts families early in the day and a college crowd later. Its Juicy Lucy (a whooping half-pounder filled with piping-hot American cheese) and the fried pickles (whole spears with a beer-ranch dressing sauce) are both perfect bar food. A great place to watch a game, although you won"t be the only one with that idea--this place draws a crowd. Try the Friday all-you-can-eat fish fry, served with fries and slaw for $10 or with a pint of Summit for $12. Limited patio seating in the summer.
