Houston's only vegan food truck, Green Seed Vegan also offers an all-raw menu and distinguishes itself from other vegan joints in town with its soy-free, tofu-free menu of all-American and Southern classics. It's just that you won't find any meat (or cheese) in its Philly cheesesteak, nor will you find any ground beef in its Dirty Burque. What you will find is some shockingly flavorful food that eschews meat in favor of seasonal produce and plentiful spices. The truck also offers an assortment of fresh juices and good-for-you desserts.
