Alright... where to start? The place is small, cozy and nicely decorated. If you are a regular (like me) They'll remember your name and eventually stop carding you. Everyone inside is nice and personable and the ambiance is nice. The prices on their flat screen monitors are what you pay (most of the time) out the door, tax included. SOMETIMES they'll Bait & Switch you... For example...(Just this week) They had on their flat screen menu "Cannagold Gold Dust - $30/ Gram" their menu is setup in such a way that you see an array of prices from .5 Gram to 1/8ths. On this particular day...the ONLY price listed was $30 for the GRAM. At the front counter I was told "Oh, we're out of the Grams but we have the half grams, and those are $20 each" (Their menu says they DONT have half grams, yet they advertise GRAMS for 30, and try to sell you 2 of the UNLISTED .5 Grams for $10 MORE WTF?)
Then the nice girl behind the counter says "Oh yea, I know the label says Alien/Diesel.... but it really is Alien/OG Kush" (Why hasn't that been fixed?) "Because we made it this morning" (It was 5pm by the time I got there, they had all day to fix something like this) So naturally, I began to doubt their integrity. False Advertisement. Bait & Switch. Deliberately mislabeled MEDICINAL CANNIBIS. Don't bother raising concerns to management because SHE is the one who printed the labels and let them be sold to unsuspecting hard working patients in PAIN.
Makes you wonder... How many other businesses would have been shut down for mislabeling/misrepresenting their products? ESPECIALLY MEDICINAL PRODUCTS.
"We're not a pharmacy, so we operate under a different set of guidelines which means we have more leeway in how we do business" Manager says.
So because your not pushing pharmaceuticals, that makes it ok to do these things to your customers?
"Besides, we put the name that the grower tells us it is (Which they clearly did not)we really don't even know what's in there" o_0

There's more... Their concentrates are constantly getting messed up by the budtenders. i.e. consistentcy is: cracked (oil), honey comb like full melts (the things that are supposed to like snot), and oils that are black with matter, reak and taste more like Butane than organic matter. Don't bother asking if they have anything that hasn't been messed up because the Manager (the one who misprinted the labels) will tell them to sell us what they have out already. (the bad stuff they've acknowledged is bad)
B.Y.O.S BRING YOUR OWN SCALE! Yes ladies and Gentleman... Some baggies run shy of your 3.5!!! While in line one day I overheard (who I assume is one of the owners) tell the young ladies behind the counter to put aside baggies that look like their underweight... And when he's not around they sell them to you anyway and say "It must be really dense" they'll re-weigh it for you upon request... Behind the window and out of sight of course :)
I dont know about you, but I don't like any funny business. They've also lost some good vendors who put out quality products like their LEMON TRAIN WRECK BUDDER with a whopping nearly 80% THC. Can't blame vendors for leaving if their consigned products are being stolen by the stickier fingers of Richmond. Yes... When you have 4 baggies on the counter, and they ask you to see another one and you look away (STONED of course) then pockets your stuff and walks away. I would be a very upset owner if this were my business...
I wish the nice decor, pretty girls, and friendly staff could make up for the constant "oops" in production. But they don't. I've noticed a steady decline in their output and am not happy with my months and months of Weekly shopping visits.
"We're in a weed drought" Said the manager to defend their malprepared concentrates. Lies. There are plenty of other dispensaries with Better products, at lower prices. For the QUALITY Green Remedy is selling their goods, they are over priced. Why did I shop here for so long? Because it was in an incredibly convenient place... It's one thing when the government messes with your medicinal cannibis, it's another when your COLLECTIVE messes with your medicinal cannibis. We work too hard for our money... to throw it away, Just my two cents.
