With its headquarters in Dillon, Montana, the state that supplies the franchise's wheat, Great Harvest Bread Company in Olivette offers an assortment of fresh baked breads, muffins and scones. Their daily bread menu changes every month and includes styles such as Olivette olive bread, Swedish rye and honey whole wheat. The small bakery on Olive Boulevard in the Olivette Plaza also offers savory breakfast rolls and cookies as well as prepared mixes for making cookies or pancakes or granola at home. Great Harvest also puts their bread to use for sandwiches sold daily until about 2 p.m., depending on how long their ingredients last. Sandwiches, on the guest's choice of bread, include a "Big Sky Deluxe," with roast beef topped with veggies and horseradish sauce, and a "Show-Me-Veggie," featuring fresh vegetables and homemade hummus. Great Harvest bread can also be found at a few of the farmers' markets around town.
