Grand Cru in Bellevue serves up high end wines, small plates and full dinners in an upscale bar atmosphere. The interior décor is posh and ultra modern - that's Bellevue for you. But the servers are warm and knowledgeable, and there are bargains to be had. Sunday and Monday's all-night happy hour - complete with gourmet small plates (the scrumptious Mediterranean Feta Dip is only $5) and $5 wines by the glass - might take the prize for the best bargain in Bellevue.
