Description

This long-running Tempe megaclub houses a quartet of nightlife choices all wrapped up in one jam-packed package, including: the raucous Alley Cats Karaoke, retro-bar Confetti's, and Top 40 discotheque South Beach. But the most infamous of the four is its country-western staple Rockin Rodeo, which features a ginormous dance floor for two-steppers, a mechanical bull for daring urban cowboys, as well as a stage for up-and-coming national acts, and gregarious, denim-bedecked barkeeps. Hit the place early, since there's almost always a line out the door every Friday and Saturday evening.

Are you a little bit country, but your friends are more rock 'n' roll Then Graham Central Station in south Tempe is where you should head, partner, as everyone in your party will find a rip-roaring good time every Wednesday through Saturday night. While the multi-room nightspot boasts different club areas (offering karaoke, hip-hop, and retro music), cowboys are treated like kings here. In addition to line-dancing lessons on different nights of the week, cowpokes and their ladies can... More »

  • 2006 | BEST PLACE TO ASSESS YOUR MARKET VALUE

Single or taken, this dance club is the perfect place to see how you measure up. It's huge, with four large rooms dedicated to different music genres -- hip-hop, retro, country and, yes, karaoke (if you can call it a genre). If you're looking for a one-night stand, a mere raised eyebrow, or anything in between, the place is sure to satisfy. The fluid transition of people allows you to strategically run into the girl or guy you want -- and gives you the ability to avoid the ones you don't. A... More »

  • 2005 | BEST C&W NIGHTSPOT

Young singles who know how to make a cowboy hat and denims look bad-ass strut their stuff on the Rockin Rodeo dance floor at Graham Central Station in Tempe's auto mall district. Part of a Texas-based chain of megaclub "entertainment complexes," Graham Central Station combines four clubs and four distinct clubbing populations -- retro, karaoke, urban dance and country -- under one roof. But it's the country club that gets the Odessa chain's fullest attention, featuring a mechanical bull and... More »

There’s something downright unnerving about grown men wearing face paint. Clowns are creepy, Heath Ledger’s anarchistic Joker from The Dark Knight was terrifying, and don’t get us started on those effin’ Juggalos. Then there’s professional wr... More »

Awesome place to Karaoke because they are one of the few places with a stage and professional back-up singers! Plus between about every 5 songs, they have a professional staff sing fun songs and get everybody pumped. If Karaoke isn't your thing, no worries. They have 2 or 3 other themed rooms to keep you occupied, including an 80's room and a huge Country room (which isn't my style..but hey lots of other people seem to enjoy it!)

This place is rockin'! one side of it is country music, line dancing, the bull, and the whole nine, while the other side is rap and hip hop and dancing , you walk around the place in a circular motion going from country to hip hop to country to hip hop, the place is huge and tons of drink specials, there is also a cover charge on the weekends
