Both of my parents are from Pennsylvania, so when a craving for a Philly cheesesteak hits, our family doesn't settle for anything short of authentic. We were all impressed with "The Philly" from this truck. The bread and the cheese whiz were what really sealed the deal for us -- I think the person who served us said she was from South Jersey herself, and mentioned that she searched high and low for the perfect bread with just the right texture to hold up the hoagie. And you can't have a cheesesteak without real cheese whiz, duh! I haven't tried anything else on the menu yet, because each time I see this truck, I crave the philly and the philly alone.
