Gold Coast Grill is a comfy place focused on serving fish to the senior set. A focus on fresh, farm-to-table eats gives the menu a bit of high-end gloss, but the location and chainy ambiance provide more than a bit of disconnect. During the cooler months, outside is the best option, as it can get quite loud in the dining room. But Gold Coast definitely brings it when it comes to fresh fish, and that alone has kept it popular. There is red meat available, but why would you dare with those corn-meal-crusted scallops right over there? Baked Chilean sea bass in that paper-thingy? Stuffed rainbow trout? Being that it's Coral Springs, you know this place will never be hip or trendy. But it is pretty inventive and knows its crowd.
