Gluten-Free Tuesday and Wednesday 

Remember when lactose intolerance was a new, rare disease? Now it seems like everyone suffers from this affliction. I daresay it was briefly cool to have lactose intolerance before it became mundane. The latest affliction on the rise? Celiac disease, better known as an allergy to wheat. So while us lactose-intolerant people struggle to avoid cheese and ice cream, those allergic to gluten have the daunting task of finding meals without wheat, meaning no bread, no crackers, no cereal, no cookies. Yikes. Pizza Luce in St. Paul (1183 Selby Ave., St. Paul, 651.288.0186) has made gluten-free eating a little easier: Tuesdays and Wednesdays they offer a special gluten-free menu.
