I admire consistency, and you've got to hand it to Ghost, the very un-dowdy English label, for sticking to its guns and delivering, season after season, clothes that are unapologetically feminine. After a couple of decades now, the house has decided to diversify, and now offers a denim collection. The last thing we need in this town is another place to buy jeans, though, so skip it, clean up, and treat yourself to a nice, fancy dress.
The antithesis of all things cramped, fluorescent, and sterile, the well-appointed fitting rooms at Ghost exceed even the most elevated expectations. You will find a plushly upholstered chaise and an elegant vanity table atop which rest a three-way mirror and a vase of fresh flowers.
