Chance favors the connected mind. That’s the theory behind Galvanize, an entrepreneurial think tank in the Golden Triangle that offers individual reserved desks as well as branded suites to tech concepts and companies, with the goal of accelerating innovation through community. And to help create that community, Galvanize opened Gather in early 2013. It’s a sunny, spacious, full-service cafe in the front of the renovated Rocky Mountain Bank Note building that’s open to the public, bringing people together to eat, drink and think over famed chef Lon Symensma’s fare – along with the most authentic New York bagels this side of Manhattan, inventive cocktails named after tenants, and some of the best coffee in town.
