Description
The Frye's cafe attracts more neighborhood residents and hospital workers than patrons. The outsiders may cast a few glances over the exhibits (entrance is free, after all), but they're there to pass the lunch hour in the cafe's serene white rooms, absorbing whatever sunlight Seattle deigns to accept that day and all the seasonal, fresh fare the chef cooks up: daily soups, mixed green salads with house-pickled vegetables, hot sausage or Brie sandwiches on fresh-baked rolls, and toffee bars and Caffe Vita cappuccinos for dessert.
