This Fort Worth-based taco emporium has planted roots in Dallas, after opening its first Fort Worth restaurant in 2003, adding to the recent explosion of taco joints in the metroplex. Decked out with neon beer logos, sports memorabilia and fish with menacing, razor teeth and tongue, this quickly expanding chain specializes in Baja-style fish tacos. Granted, they offer enchiladas, migas, other Tex-Mex standbys and large breakfast platters, but at Fuzzy's it's about the tacosÂ…and the nachos. Their original nachos, dressed with a creamy house-made sauce and crumbly white queso, are an addictive draw best ordered with the moist shredded pork and a schooner of draft suds, which usually includes choice selections from the McKinney brewery Franconia. Dare you to try the butt-burning sauce.
