The dark bar at the Four Seas is a perfectly suitable place to get your favorite Asian beer and an order of oysters. But the real reason anyone goes to this International District haunt, with its run-down sign, is to talk politics. Long-time politico Ruth Woo presides over the house as office holders and candidates alike come to seek her blessing. If you're not here to talk about who's vulnerable on the City Council this year, it's just another Asian restaurant.
