The vittles are unfailingly fresh at this sunny Middle Eastern café the stuffed grape leaves homemade and served warm, the baba ghanoush airy and properly smoky tasting, the kebabs cooked from scratch with lean meat and chicken. We particularly liked the kibbeh saneeya, which is a pie of lamb and pine nuts with a cracked wheat crust, served with minty yogurt sauce; a friend swears their lentil soup is the best in town. In the rear of the restaurant, a comically small fountain filled with water toys will keep children occupied for long periods.
