Taking inspiration from East Texas fish shacks with the design to match, the grub here is exactly as the restaurant's name and marquee suggests -- catching air from the kitchen to your table. Its upwardly mobile location (Preston Center) stands in direct contrast to its nautically themed décor. The fresh, seasonal catch is a must: catfish, shrimp and oysters, grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, fish cocktail, crab legs and mudbugs. The staff offers daily specials, such as grilled salmon, trout or tilapia.
