Taking inspiration from East Texas fish shacks with the design to match, the grub here is exactly as the restaurant's name suggests-catching air from the kitchen to your table. The fresh, seasonal catch is a must: catfish, shrimp and oysters, grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, fish cocktail, crab legs and mudbugs. The staff offers daily specials, such as grilled salmon, trout or tilapia. Flying Fish also prides itself on its communal atmosphere.
