You may recognize Floyd's Place by the dancing cow and pig on the Queen Anne joint's distinctive sign. Blocks from the Spectator, a younger and rowdier sports bar, Floyd's attracts a more sedate football fan, possibly because the tasty barbecue it offers acts as a mood-leveler and beer sponge. The decor is unassuming with a variety of empty beer bottles lining the top of its walls, including some now-extinct curiosities like Labatt's Silver Spring Lager. A great place to go out and drunkenly shout at a television screen, Floyd's also offers the competitive advantage of not having to watch your back while doing so.
