Puffy thin-crust Neopolitan pizzas with fresh seasonal toppings and house-made pastas with inventive sauces are the enticement to visit this hip Mission corner spot, whose dining room was designed by Sean Quigley, owner of Paxton Gate. The daily-printed menu also offers antipasti, which might include a warm tongue and potato salad or ricotta-stuffed squash blossoms. A few secondi (main courses) frequently include pollo al mattone and a fish dish. If the silky chocolate budino dusted with sea salt is on the menu, you're in luck. The almost-all-Italian wine list is carefully chosen and well-priced.
