An excellent introduction to northern Indian food. While dishes are top-notch and sparkling fresh, spicing is toned down for an American crowd. The chef can be prodded to add heat, though, with each dish made from scratch. Standards are reliable, including aloo tikki, aloo gobi masala, and sumptuous sag lamb.
The lunch buffet here is a little daunting if you aren't used to Indian food. Everything looks similar and not extremely appetizing if you aren't used to the food, but trust me, it is all delicious. The Mango Lassi is one of the best I've tasted. They will bring naan to your table, but you can also order garlic naan which is much better than the plain. Pile up some rice and try a little of everything. The tandoori chicken is great and the tiki masala has great flavor. If you aren't sure what to order ask anyone of the staff, they are very helpful.
