This family-founded chain works best as a spot to grab a burger or basket of wings with a couple buddies and beers on your way home from work. The dinnertime scene is altogether homey as families and couples roll in for a casual meal amid walls lined with taxidermied marlins and pics of fishing outings. You can't go wrong with the standards: fresh fish or barbecued ribs (they sell a million pounds of baby-backs a year at Flanigan's), and the salads are more than decent.
