Description

First Class Pizza is a small chain of pizzerias around Orange County. These joints are all the same, with the only difference being the customer base—even the size of each spot are mostly the same. The great thing about Firt Class is that all of them spare few ingredients on their pies, even when it comes to their cheese slices. Beneath a bed of thick, stretchy cheese is a spread of sweet tomato sauce. Their specialty pizzas have an abundance of toppings, but none overpowers the essence of the holy trinity: quality cheese, dough and sauce. Slices resemble New York-style pizza, but the crust isn't thin in the classic New York sense—instead, it's crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and rises higher than even some deep-dishes. Not quite Chicago, not quite New York, but certainly in a class of its own. You can also get some by the slice, too!
