Italian restaurants seem to thrive when they operate with a BYOB policy. This North Dallas business is further evidence. The cooks in the kitchen and the front-of-house staff serve Italian-American standards to the personal wine-toting fans who go gaga for the eggplant Parmesan, "home baked" pastas like manicotti and a bevy of specialties. The latter include the raviolini delicate (house-made cheese ravioli with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and a tomato and cream sauce with a healthy dose of Parmesan cheese). Naturally, there are many chicken and veal dishes, in such traditional preparations as Marsala. There are also pizzas (and pizza by the slice) and sub sandwiches.
