The Neapolitan pizzas at Farina Pizzeria and Cucina are fired in a custom pizza oven constructed with sand from Mt. Vesuvius and salt from the Mediterranean, and while they are made with high-quality imported ingredients, including fresh cured salty ham and luscious prosciutto, the pies overall are a bit soggy in the center.
