Start off with a tour of the restaurant's organic garden at 5 p.m.; then go to dinner from 6 to 8. The menu changes monthly but always includes a salad from the garden, choice of entrée and two sides served family style, plus a shared dessert. Among the May main plates are wild mushroom and goat cheese lasagna, buttermilk fried organic chicken with biscuits and honey, and roasted salmon with creamy leek and lemon sauce.
