The long-awaited Red Hook outpost of one of New York's favorite markets finally opened in May, and while there are those who worry about the gentrification of the neighborhood, it seems most locals were thrilled to be able to drive to the waterfront location and pick up all the produce, meat, fish, bread, etc. that Fairway is famous for.
