Though you can build your own pie, which can be ordered for "take-n-bake," there are no simple pizzas on the regular menu. To wit, the Paia Pie consists of mandarin oranges, Canadian bacon, pineapples, mozzarella, and cheddar. Even more extraordinary is the Yard Sale (everything but the oven -- sausage, pepperoni, salami, fresh mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella).
