Executive Fitness Boot Camp 

You like to eat muffin tops and cottage cheese, but you don’t want to look like you have them attached to your waist and thighs. Plus, we need you, loyal reader! If you keel over from clogged arteries, high cholesterol, or plain ol’ laziness, who will read our shit? We’re here to pump you up. No excuses — just try one session of the Executive Fitness Boot Camp and your body will be subjected to aerobics, calisthenics, core strengthening, and more. Afraid? Well, founder and head trainer Rob DiDonato promises his class is different from any you’ve tried before.

“Our workouts are different every time because we have all of Bayfront Park to use,” he explains. “One day you could be using shrink bands off of a tree and the next day you could be jogging around the park the entire time.” Bust a sweat every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:15. For the rest of the summer, each class costs just $10. Meet at the center of Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami), near the Flagler Promenade and the Pepper Fountain, and be sure to bring a towel and some water. — By BY RAINA MCLEOD
