A coffeehouse with a Latin American bent, this Bishop Arts District café takes its name from the Spanish word for frothy or made of bubbles. It's a hopping place -- and not just because of the caffeine. Patrons linger in the relaxing, casual (but stylish) atmosphere. Bossa nova fills the rooms along with sips and slurps and bites on everything from Amazonian Açaí Bowl and empanadas to sandwiches and desserts. And, of course, the coffee. Everything from Americano to Affogato and Frappe to El Pecado (the sin) is available at Espumoso. This original location was so popular the owners opened a second location. The newest Espumoso is in the Hard Rock Café in Las Vegas, Nevada.
