It's carnivore heaven at this nicely decorated (much granite) Brazilian churrascaria, where for one price you get to eat your fill of many grilled meats, brought to your table in a continuous parade. (The place serves eight to 10 selections on weeknights, a full dozen on the weekend.) There's also an all-you-can-eat, well-conceived salad bar; the traditional accompaniments of steamed rice, soupy black beans, and the crunchy toasted flour topping called farofa; and a couple of hot dishes, generally creamed chicken and a fish dish (we hear that on weekends feijoada, the Brazilian cassoulet, shows up).
If you leave the little dials on your table reading SIM POR FAVOR (i.e., "Yes, please"), gaucho-clad servers will come to your table at this Brazilian churrascaria brandishing meat-laden skewers, from which they'll carve roasted and grilled meats and fowl until you cry Uncle (or flip the dial to NÃO OBLIGADO, "No thanks").
