Description

The New York-style slice is the subject of much obsession, even in San Francisco, and many pizzerias go to great lengths to conjure up those thin, floppy, oily triangles. With a number of Escape form New York Pizza locations around the city, this chain tackles the task gamely. The California-influenced result may not impress a visiting Brooklynite, but most of the customers come through this Russian Hill location for a quick, late-night bite, not a taste of home. The potato pizza with rosemary and whole roasted garlic cloves is especially tasty.

    I was there on Friday night around 2am and man that hit the spot. They have this potato pesto pizza that was so amazing I honestly could have eaten en entire pie :) YUM.
