Description

This hands-on laboratory for hotel and restaurant-management students is a casual counterpart to the upscale Barron's Restaurant. Its Latin-Italian menu starts with two Peruvian items: ceviche and a steaming soup called choclo, a rich and creamy corn chowder with chunks of fish and shrimp. Dinner entrées are a cut above hotel food, with a New World theme that runs strong in the bistecca chimichurried and the mariscada picante.
