Description

Turo-turo ("point-point") at any of the offerings at this cafeteria, which first appeared many years ago to serve the needs of Filipino hospital workers at Beth Israel. It's hard to forgo the fried and skewered snacks on the glass shelves, but don't ignore the main dishes, often including a black-peppercorn rendition of sweet-and-sour pork and oxtails in peanut sauce.
