This Arlington, Virginia-based chain does fast-food burgers from a green perspective. Each of its sandwiches is made with 100 percent free-range, grass-fed, organic beef. The result is a truly exceptional flavor and a guilt-free (all right, almost guilt-free) meal. French fries are cooked in 100 percent olive oil, and even the store is designed with environmentally friendly materials. Although the quality of ingredients is topnotch, the selection could be better.
