There's always a fiesta at El Toreador. We love the Maria Félix pinups and the assortment of 56 Latin American beers, but it's the heaping plates of plump, garlicky, Veracruz-style shrimp with peppery grilled onions that we rave about. if you ever happen to be in West Portal and are in the mood for some Mexican food- you cant miss this place. It's probably the most colorful restaurant in SF! They're burritos are so good and the toastada salad is amazing. You have to try the Sangria as well- you wont be disappointed.
