Formerly McDonald Coffee Shop, this tiny green gem under the Culver Local (F train) tracks has a bill of fare that concentrates on wonderful Salvadoran enchiladas (like Mexican tostadas) topped with sautéed beef, crema, and crumbled cheese, and banana-leaf-wrapped tamales, which have the texture of pudding. And you can't beat the pupusas-hand-patted masa griddle cakes filled with oozy cheese and pickled loroco flowers. There's a more ambitious seafood menu too.
