Egg was first on the bandwagon with the all-day breakfast aesthetic, because--let's face it--sometimes you feel like eating eggs and bacon at six in the evening. A diner would do it for you, but maybe you prefer free-range eggs and bacon from a pig that had a name. Other breakfast favorites include duck hash and a version of biscuits and gravy that would do a grease pit in, say, Yazoo, Mississippi, proud. From its first inception, Egg has added more ambitious food to that core menu, so that now you can get conventional lunch and dinner there, too, including a legendary fried chicken and a skewed take on that Carolina classic, Brunswick stew.
