The Edina Grill serves top-rate pan-Western diner chow: burgers, hand-cut sweet potato fries, a brilliant cheese steak, fish and chips, eggs, a caramelized banana waffle, etc. The restaurant even has all the other elements you need to make a date go well: a stylish interior, a good wine and beer list, expansive hours, and--if your date just happens to be with a preschooler--high chairs and servers well versed in catching the occasional pop fly of wadded salmon scramble.
