Downtown Women's Center serves homeless women in the Skid Row area of Downtown LA. They make it easy to give your time with their Friends' Cooking Club, where you get a group together and cook a meal in their kitchen after hours to be served to their clients the following day. Although it's not a requirement, it is really rewarding if you can make it back to serve because you get to meet the women you have cooked for and see first hand how you have made a difference.
