Located right near the warehouse district light rail station, party bars like Sneaky Pete’s and Brothers, and let’s not forget Dream Girls, Downtown Pizza, a.k.a the pizza from Downtown Diner, is one of those destinations you mainly come to by chance, dare, or lack of motor skills required to get yourself to Pizza Luce. Still the stromboli, calzones, gyros, and New York-style pizza by the slice are serviceable, at least for the inebriated, and the staff is more than accustomed to bar crawlers so no worries if you’ve been drinking yelling juice all night.
There's just something about grease--glorious, napkin-dissolving grease--that brings joy to the famished drunkard's heart (in addition to cholesterol).
