Unlikely as it seems, a 100-year-old Kentucky tobacco barn has become the vortex of Montgomery County's bustling country and Americana scene. In less than two years, The Woodlands' Dosey Doe Coffee House has gone from fledgling enterprise to major venue. Sound engineers have marveled at Dosey's beautiful acoustics, drawing performers as diverse as Richie Havens and Jerry Jeff Walker to come by for a show or two. The coffee is always hot, the music is always warm. Dinner shows come fully inclusive and sell out quickly, but they are worth every penny.
