Description

Dosa, the folded crepelike street snack of Southern India, and its cousins, open-face uttapam (we like the paneer and peas one best), idli (lentil patties), and vada (lentil dumplings), are given pride on place in this chic and modern setting, which offers a dozen different varieties of its namesake dish. There are only a few curries on the menu, but each one is superb. The short wine and beer list is well chosen for the spicy and intriguing fare. Pleasant bar, if you have to wait (no reservations for parties under 5).
