The Tex-Mex food is pretty standard, with things like enchiladas, tacos, nachos and quesadillas. You can mix and match items by ordering dinners with all kinds of Mexican-sounding names, like La Paz, Puerto Vallarta, and of course, the Monterrey. Most of the creative juices seem to have gone into the many, many different kinds of margaritas, which have names like "Purple Rain-rita," "The Silver Cadillac" and "1942 Mexican Margarita," which uses Don Julio 1942 tequila.
