Pick up a boutique olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or marmalade from the Italian Alps, or give into a purchase of rarely seen cheeses and cured meats. If you’re staying for a bite to eat, don’t miss the classic bruschetta, stellar sandwiches such as the Dolomiti made with smoked prosciutto, asiago cheese, and arugula, and housemade ricotta and spinach ravioli drizzled in a silky butter and sage sauce.
