If you think of this Lower Shepherd wine bar and restaurant as a quirky neighborhood joint with good food rather than a fine-dining establishment, you won't be disappointed. Divino's weekly wine list includes lots of bargains in the $20 to $30 range. The food can be excellent if you order right. When they're available, the Sicilian seared tuna on lemon risotto and the filet mignon with mushroom demiglace are standouts.
