A casual sports bar teeming with TVs and cultivating a friendly atmosphere, the Dirty Drummer feels more like a laid-back ski lodge (complete with fireplace) than your run-of-the-mill gin joint. As natural light filters through the front windows, ordinary Scottsdale folk sit at tables and booths or belly up to the stainless steel bar to catch the game, relax after a pool match, or take advantage of cheap drinks and grub while oldies blast out of the speakers. In addition to its signature wings, the Dirty Drummer offers such selections as spicy onion scoops (chunks of onion rings with a kick) and giant breakfast fare. Two happy hours - 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 to 11 a.m. every day - offer plenty of drink deals to satisfy your wallet.
