Once part of the B.U.F.F. Brothers' chain of sports bars, Dirk's is now part of the Little Pub Company, which owns close to twenty bars around Colorado. This Centennial-based tavern on the southeast corner of Dry Creek and University Boulevard, formerly Time Out Sports Bar, has been a longtime haven for sports fans. With quite a few HDTVs scattered around the place, including a 120-incher, there are plenty of places to catch the action. And if a game isn't on, there's lots of other stuff happening at Dirk's, like poker, karaoke and pool during the week and DJs on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu includes standard pub grub such as burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and appetizers.
