Not well-known as a restaurant - though it does sport a decent Irish-pub menu - Dicey's is a Himmarshee institution known for cheap yet powerful drinks, Guinness on tap, antique crap over all the walls and ceilings, green-glass lamps, and loud people having a really good time. Think of it as Himmarshee's Village's quirky old uncle, always with a cold beer, a shot, and dirty joke. This place gets especially packed with singles on weekend nights, and good luck bellying up to the bar come St. Patrick's day, if you even manage to get inside the door.
