When you walk into Diana's Bakery, your stomach's eyes pop with desire. Huge cakey disks labeled "Galletas," flaky triangles branded as "Empanadas de Calabaza" and swollen pastries covered in colorful confections left mysteriously unidentified line the (numerous) shelves.
