Domenico DeMarco has been elevated to sainthood by the city's favorite foodie website (chowhound.com), and devotees dote on his every move as he fiddles with each pie, shaking on cheeses and artistically arranging the elements. The lines are long, and the wait can be unpredictable, but it's absolutely worth your while to make the pilgrimage to Midwood for Dom DeMarco's beautiful, charred pizzas at Di Fara. The slow-moving, Italian-born pie master quietly and carefully builds each one himself. While he's waiting to get his show back, the shock jock won't mind waiting for his last meal: We'll send him to DiFara Pizza, where he'll wait in line for a good long time (maybe an hour or more) doing penance for his racist remarks.
